CAPACITY
The Main Conference Center seats up to 100 guests for daytime events.
The Picnic Grove accommodates up to 150 guests. (Please inquire about specific details.)
16 rooms are available for overnight guests.

AVAILABILITY
The Private Dining Room is available from 11:00 am–2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm-10:00pm.
Breakfast or Buffet Brunch upon special request and subject to availability.
The Courtyard is available during seasonal months of the year.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Christian Brothers will provide all food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside food allowed.
All food must be consumed within the room and time frame of the event as stated in the contract.
No food may be taken off property.
Menu selections must be made 14 days prior to the date of the event.
All food and non-alcoholic beverages are subject to an 18% Service Charge and applicable sales tax (7.75% and a 10 person minimum).
The guests must provide all Alcoholic Beverages.
Alcoholic Beverages should be received at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Wine Tasting set-up will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per person plus service charge and tax.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS
Minimum number of guests for a private party is 10. Maximum number of guests for an indoor event is up to 100 guests in the dining room, depending on style of food service, 100 guests in conference center.
All events must conclude by 10:00pm with NO EXCEPTION.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges must be received within two weeks from the inquiry date in order to guarantee the date. The deposit shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
The final guaranteed guest count is due 14 days prior to event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number, or the actual number of guests that attend, whichever is greater.
Final payment must be received the day of the event.
Christian Brothers Retreat and Conference Center accepts Visa & Master Card.
Certificate of Insurance naming De La Salle Institute as additional insured is required no later than 30 days prior to the event.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Chapel Fee varies $1000.00 and up, depending on use.
Audio-Visual equipment is subject to additional fees.
Additional charges may be added for special request items.
Facility fee varies on use and guest count.
